Old Stone House
The Old Stone House is a reconstruction of a 1699 Dutch farmhouse that played a pivotal role in the Battle of Brooklyn during the American Revolution in 1776, where Maryland soldiers made a heroic stand that allowed George Washington's army to escape. Today it serves as an interpretive historic site and community space in J.J. Byrne Memorial Park.
