MOFAD
Museum of Food and Drink
The Museum of Food and Drink explores the history, science, and culture of food and drink through immersive exhibitions that engage all the senses, examining how what we eat shapes and reflects our societies, economies, and identities. MOFAD is dedicated to making food a legitimate subject of serious museum inquiry.
Permanent Collection
MOFAD presents rotating thematic exhibitions exploring the stories behind global food systems, ingredients, and culinary traditions, combining artifacts, multimedia, and sensory experiences. Past exhibitions have explored American Chinese food, flavor science, and the global history of breakfast.
