Louis Armstrong House Museum
The Louis Armstrong House Museum preserves the home where jazz legend Louis Armstrong and his wife Lucille lived from 1943 until his death in 1971, maintaining the interior largely as it was during his lifetime and offering an intimate portrait of one of America's greatest musicians. A National Historic Landmark, the house reflects the couple's love of comfort and their deep ties to the Corona, Queens community.
