Harbor Defense Museum
The Harbor Defense Museum at Fort Hamilton tells the story of the coastal defense of New York Harbor from the Revolutionary War through World War II, housed in a preserved caponier — a Civil War-era fortification structure — within the active U.S. Army garrison at the southern tip of Brooklyn.
